Contemplative Coach · Work Mindfulness Institute™
Something in you
has been waiting
to come home.
You may be here because something feels stuck, heavy, or ready to change. Through mindfulness, breath, and compassionate inquiry, this work offers a grounded way to understand your patterns and take your next step. This is coaching and contemplative support, not psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis care.
A short guided fit check to help you decide where to begin.
Have a question? Ask KeithBegin where you are
There is no wrong way to begin.
Thank you for being here. Whether you are ready to talk, still finding your words, or simply curious, you can take one small step at a time.
“I spent decades designing systems for global communications. Today, I design frameworks that help people understand the systems within themselves, build resilience, and find their way home.”
Ways into the work
Mindfulness is the foundation
Mindfulness is the foundation. Breathwork and somatic awareness are complementary practices. IFS-informed parts work supports self-understanding, and psychedelic preparation or integration is a separate form of non-clinical support.
What brings you here?
Start with what feels true.
You do not need to name everything. Choose the line that feels closest, and take a gentle next step from there.
This is a gentle reflection with no scores, diagnoses, or pressure to continue.
Not ready to talk? Take a 2-minute wellness check-in across 8 dimensions of life.

Go deeper when you are ready
The Spiral of Life, the Five Pathways, books, and guided practice are here whenever you want to follow the thread further.
Explore the frameworkThe Spiral of Life
Five pathways. Five archetypes. One journey home. This is the map that holds all the work together.
The Pathways
Map of Exile, Wall of Armor, Inner Sanctuary, House of Mirrors, Journey Home. Each one is a return, not an arrival.
The Archetypes
King, Warrior, Magician, Lover. Not roles to perform, but capacities that develop when the nervous system settles.
The Invitation
You can enter the spiral anywhere. You are always welcome. You are never alone.
A Spiral, Not a Line
This is not a one-time journey. The spiral turns through a lifetime, in relationships, in work, in moments of transition. Each return deepens the capacity for presence, compassion, and honest self-knowing. The Child at the center, our Original Self, waits beneath every layer of exile, armor, and mirror. The map is the same. The arrival is always home.

Follow the spiral. Select a number, an archetype, or the center.
The Child at the center, our Original Self. Presence, wonder, curiosity, authenticity. Waiting beneath the exile, the armor, and the mirrors.

Two books. One path.
Step 1: Regulate the body (The Mindfulness Experience). Step 2: Unburden the story (Return of the Exiled Child).

Return of the Exiled Child
A deep journey into the inner world, understanding the parts of yourself that were exiled, the ones that protected them, and the Self that can finally welcome them home.

The Mindfulness Experience
A structured guide to understanding your patterns, regulating your nervous system, and beginning the work of coming home to yourself.
View BookThe breath is the center of everything.
Spiritus. In Latin, the same word means breath, spirit, and life. This is not a coincidence. The breath is the only function of the autonomic nervous system you can consciously regulate, which makes it the original bridge between what happens to you and what you can choose.
Mindfulness, practiced rigorously, not casually, is the discipline of learning to use that bridge. It is the foundation and the through-line of this entire practice.
Work Mindfulness Institute™Breath
Like a spiral, every revolution returns to the center while moving to a deeper layer of the interior.

"The breath runs through all of it,
through the stress and the grief,
through the medicine and the ceremony.
It is always there. That return is the whole practice."
